HOW TO USE?
Apply sufficient amount of toothpaste (about the size of a pea) to the toothbrush. You can brush your teeth in a gentle circular motion with the brush tips facing your gums. We recommend brushing for 3 minutes, 2 times a day. For more effective results, we recommend using the Activated Carbon Series with other products.
